1 ½ c POW! Plantain Flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 c sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 c coconut oil

3 eggs

1 c zucchini

1 c grated carrots

1 teaspoon lemon juice

¼ c water

½ c walnuts optional

½ cups chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Mix all ingredients

Bake at 350 for 40 min
