Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 pounds chicken

Beat

  • 2 eggs mixed

 

Mix in a bowl

  • 1 c POW! Plantain Flour

  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) spices – some suggestions: cayenne, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper

  • 1 teaspoons salt

 

Heat

  • Favorite frying oil

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Put mixture on a large plate

  2. Put Egg mixture on a large plate

  3. Dip chicken in egg

  4. Dip chicken in POW! Plantain Flour mix

  5. Drop chicken into hot fry oil

  6. Chicken will take approx 9min on each side

  7. Flip half way through.

  8. Cool on a plate
